Commodores - Classics

Commodores’ Classics is a solid collection of the smooth soul, funk and ballads that made the group such a big part of the 1970s and early 1980s. “Easy”, “Three Times a Lady”, “Still” and “Sail On” are the obvious favourites, with Lionel Richie’s voice giving the slower songs plenty of warmth. There is also enough funk in the mix to keep things moving. A very easy listen and a good way to have the essential Commodores tracks together in one collection.
