Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Secondhand products - Please take note that used records and CD's are sold "as is". Due to the nature of the product, scratches and defects might be present and affect the playback and therefore cannot be guaranteed or refunded. However, customer satisfaction is VERY important to us, and should your expectations do not live up to our grading guide, please let us know so we can refund you in full.

New products - Should your LP/CD have a defect, send an email to us within 48 hours of receipt, and you will qualify for a full refund. Courier the product back to us (at our expense). If we mistakenly send you the wrong item(s), please send us an email within 48 hours of receipt and we will re-send the correct item(s) and collect the product(s) from you via courier (our expense).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take photo's as well.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
