Morrissey gathers highlights from his first decade as a solo artist, from the brilliance of “Suedehead” and “Everyday Is Like Sunday” to “The More You Ignore Me, the Closer I Get”, “Alma Matters” and several excellent non-album tracks. Originally issued on CD in 2001, the compilation finally appeared on vinyl in 2019 as a double LP. It’s a strong, wide-ranging overview of Morrissey’s 1988–1997 output, mixing obvious favourites with rewarding deeper cuts.
